‘Bout time for another presidential vacation, no?
Boehner is basically in charge of the Capital Police and I doubt they will be amused by people forcing them to enforce rules on proper garbage etiquette. Further more Mr. Boehhner is third in line to the presidency counting O’Sputnik himself. Further more Mr. Boehner lives in an apartment building where I assume the DC Police have jurisdiction. While far short of involving all the potential law enforcement agencies available in Washington, getting three of them involved in your life has down sides. Washington DC is not Madison Wisconsin, in DC the Capital Police, Secret Service do not turn their backs when the perps are Bolsheviks.
