UPDATE: The original embedded video doesn’t seem to be working, so let’s try another one.
They’ve got pretty much everything but the jets — and, uh, the tactical nukes.
??? There’s nothing after the first sentence. No links, no text, nada. Just a whole lot of white space.
Updated video works fine. Cool stuff. 50+ lbs. without battery pack, though. That’s a hell of an additional load when it’s not taking care of itself.
Next-gen tech for batteries and nanotube scaling to macro-architectures are going to make this stuff amazing in the battlefield. A day+ of charge, and full-body armor at well under 100 lbs. are a definitely possibility.
‘Though, I’m still jonesing for one of John Ringo’s battle suits. Guess we need to wait for Galactic Tech for that to happen….
Now it’s working. Very cool.
