You Can’t Say That on Television

February 1, 2010 - 7:02 pm - by Stephen Green

But I can say it on PJTV. It’s this week’s Hair of the Dog, and I might finally have gone too far.

Best closing line yet! You’ve been in the zone lately! It is a target rich environment. Good hunting!

  2. Thanks, Steve.

It takes about 6-18 months to build a radio show. The given reason is, it takes that long to “find” your audience. But that’s only half of it. The other half — I think, anyway, given my limited experience — is the host needing time to find the right rhythm.

So it took a while to find the rhythm with Hair of the Dog, but I think we’re finally starting to get it.

Yeah, I second the sentiment. Steve’s great for covering everything I’ve lost the stomach to watch, whether it’s Obama events or the wretched Sunday shows. It’s good to know I can drink and avoid such things b/c Stephen Green has my back and’ll tell me all I need to know!

    Thanks, Vodkapundit!

“Roger Ailes setting Ariana Huffington straight in a way she was unable to do with her ex-husband” Owwwwch!! That’s cruel, baby.

That and the last line were definitely below the belt shots. But I guess that’s why we pay you the big bucks to watch these stupid weekend shows in the first place.

Here’s another “too stupid” metaphor: so stupid they can’t pour sand out of a boot with printed instructions on the heel.

    No charge.

“I might finally have gone too far.”

Until you’ve dropped an F-bomb on network TV you haven’t lived…
