North Dakota Democratic Sen. Byron Dorgan will not run for re-election later this year, creating a major pickup opportunity for Republicans.
As Will himself said, “Parker Griffith switching? Small potatoes. Byron Dorgan retiring? BIG deal.” Couldn’t have said it better myself, although I probably would have cussed more.
