Three Out of Three

August 13, 2009 - 1:13 pm - by Stephen Green

On the final Trifecta segment of the week, Bill Whittle challenges Scott Ott and I with the question: Buy a truck, get a free AK-47 — how cool is that?

Short answer: Very.

Long answer: What’s wrong with some people who get upset over this?

  1. Just watching it made me want to buy a car there!

Unfortunately this “Hope and Change” economy has laid me off twice in the last year and a half, so I can’t afford it.

Funniest part was watching that CNN anchorperson thinking she was being so evenhanded and fair while her bias was so transparent.

Say what you will about Chris Matthews, and the man makes me want to beat him with a dead possum, but at least he doesn’t try to hide his bias.

Yeah. In that case, she would have looked directly into the camera, and asked “Are you crazy, or what!?” You could tell that’s what she was thinking.

“Some people” would say someone who keep using that phrase every time they asked a question lacked a spine. In fact, “some people” might even say that she was too chicken-fertilizer to directly challenge the man. “Some people” noticed that every time the man bluntly disagreed with her, she changed her tack.

The gentleman interviewed, on the other hand -while polite- was quite firm in his position. As Bill Whittle pointed out, he just didn’t care what the almighty anchor thought.

    I like this man.

Bill Whittle challenges Scott Ott and ME! Not I.

Objects of verbs and prepositions take the objective case. (Subjects take the subjective case.)

Sorry Art, didn’t see it ’til I took the time to admire my work.

Reid is as admirable as his old pal Daschle and that nut bag who both sold out our Marines vis a vie Haditha and us taxpayers through his festering pork.

Go Steve and please give us back a bit of that old Art Deco page header.
