I see England, I see France — I see Hitler underpants?
I could tell right away it couldn’t be Hitler. The Nazi salute was right-handed, not left, and Hitler himself never raised his whole arm in salute unless it was ramrod straight.
The idiot who complained about that image probably would have started a riot over being called niggardly.
On the other hand, the actual image was based on Lenin, who was nearly as evil, so why not complain?
On the gripping hand, who (over the age of 12) buys underwear with cartoon-style images on them, then worries about the political content on said skivvies?
Sure it isn’t our Dear Leader?
Seems to me if the image was strategically located, Hitler underwear could make a wonderful political statement. It’s a struggle for me to put it politely, but if the Hitler image was located properly, he could be forced to stare into an offensive orifice all day.
I would derive some satisfaction from wearing underwear like that. And I can think of quite a few other political figures I would like to put into the same rotation, so to speak.
But Hitler’s image could provide some extra entertainment value (to teen aged boys at least).
Adolf’s shirt could start out white when freshly laundered, and the wearer would strive throughout the day (or days….) to turn it into a more authentic shade of brown….
