Something I just do not understand.
We gave GM and Chrysler 60 billion dollars because they could not sell cars. So that would imply that there are many thousands of cars that were not sold, since that’s why we gave them the money. Now the Fleet needs to be modernized. New cars need to be purchased for Federal and State governments.
Didn’t we just buy 60 Billion dollars worth of last years cars???
