An Open Letter

Dear National Weather Service,
15 degrees with a wind chill in the single digits is not “fair,” no matter what the sun might be doing.
OK?
Yours,
-Steve.

Dear National Weather Service,
68 degrees on December 27 is a bit odd. I kind of felt like Rip Van Winkle, sleeping through winter and suddenly waking up to March. Not that I am complaining, but it was 11 on Monday and this is just wierd. Can you make up your mind, please?
Yours,
Confused and probably coming down with something
Dear National Weather Service,
Perhaps I should have said odd for SW Ohio.
Yours,
Still Confused and taking Zycam
And I thought it was cold here in Southern AZ with temps in the 60s.
Dear National Weather Service:
Just because Obama Claus didn’t give me the solid-gold hover-pony I wanted, doesn’t mean you can get away with not delivering me some snow in the SW part of metro Atlanta sometime this winter. Preferably more than once, and without freezing rain.
This was the deal when I let you transfer my wife to the South from Fairbanks, and you haven’t exactly been holding up your end of the bargain.
Impatiently yours,
McG.
I dunno. It could be worse:
