Prediction: Should Obama win, Biden will be the least visible Vice President since John Nance Garner.
Or at least Obama will wish he would be.

Were there any Quayle sightings from 89-92? I can’t recall any. Then again, Cheney hasn’t exactly been visible since 9/11, aside from the hunting incident. Can’t really recall much of VP Gore’s activity either. Vice-Presidents really do pretty much sit in the wings, either actively or not.
Biden loves microphones and won’t be controlled. Obama knew that he was a gaffe-o-matic when he picked him, but he was also a competent actor in Washington (meaning: offset Obama’s weakness in terms of DC experience.) But Obama will be the one getting the requests for interviews and the one giving the news conferences (maybe.) I have a strong feeling Biden is cool with that.
I sort of look forward to The Messiah’s Ascension for multiple reasons, this being in the top three. Listening to Joey B. fuck up is the highlight of my day.
Maybe Biden will serve the dual role as VP and Ambassador to Micronesia.
He’s already the ambassador from Microcephalia.
