ISIS: Refugee Deaths Are Fault of Those Who Flee for 'Lands of the Christians'

Using the photo of the body of drowned Syrian toddler Aylan Kurdi in its latest magazine, ISIS says that refugee deaths are the fault of the refugees for “abandoning” the Islamic State.

“Although the obligation of hijrah is clear, a mistake is regularly committed by claimants of Islam, and that is in choosing their destination for ‘hijrah.’ They always choose the lands of the Christians for their destination,” states an article in the issue of Dabiq.

“And with the revival of Islam’s state, hijrah is to the wilāyāt [province] of the Khilāfah [caliph], not to Nusayrī, Rāfidī, Sahwah, or PKK territory, nor to America, Europe, and their tāghūt [rebellious] allies.”

Using a derogatory name for the Saudi royal family, and also referencing Sunni tribal areas in Iraq that oppose ISIS, the article warns Muslim refugees that moving to these places is also unacceptable “as the rulers of these lands – in addition to them allying with the crusaders and apostates against Islam – abandon and resist many of the laws of the Sharī’ah.”

“Sadly, some Syrians and Libyans are willing to risk the lives and souls of those whom they are responsible to raise upon the Sharī’ah – their children – sacrificing many of them during the dangerous trip to the lands of the war-waging crusaders ruled by laws of atheism and indecency,” ISIS continues.

The magazine said fleeing to lands of the “kufr” nonbelievers instead of to the Islamic State is “a dangerous major sin, as it is a passage towards kufr and a gate towards one’s children and grandchildren abandoning Islam for Christianity, atheism, or liberalism.”

“If they don’t fall into sin, they will forget the language of the Qur’ān – Arabic – which they were surrounded by in Shām, Iraq, Libya, and elsewhere, making the return to the religion and its teachings more difficult.”

The article also shows Syrian immigrants packed into a truck, trying to flee for Europe, and quotes scholars claiming that is apostasy or “borders apostasy.”

The ISIS penal code stipulates execution for “turning back on Islam.”

The Dabiq article reserved particular scorn for Muslims who immigrate to non-Muslim countries and then are “cooperating with the kuffār against the Muslims so as to be permitted entry.”

“May Allah facilitate for the Muslims hijrah to the Khilāfah despite the plots of the crusaders and the apostates.”

As much as ISIS is trying to guilt, entice or threaten fleeing immigrants into staying, concerns remain about ISIS infiltrating the migrant wave into Europe — particularly as part of their grander plot to sack Rome.

Pope Francis, who was pictured on the last page of Dabiq with “apostate” Muslim clerics, told a Portuguese broadcaster that while compassion for migrants is needed, “I recognize that, nowadays, border safety conditions are not what they once were.”

“The truth is that just 400 kilometres from Sicily there is an incredibly cruel terrorist group,” the pope said. “So there is a danger of infiltration, this is true. Yes, nobody said Rome would be immune to this threat.”

An ISIS e-book on how to accomplish their caliphate goal of sacking Rome stresses enlisting “the Islamic State’s secret weapon = secret white converts” to take on Italy.

The book, though, predicts the mob bosses will put up tough resistance: “There is no doubt that if Muslims want to take over Italy, the Islamic State European fighters will have to ally with other militias to fight the Mafia before the conquest of Rome.” It recommends starting the fight in Bologna to choke off supply routes to the south.

However, their plan counts on an Armageddon-sparking attack on the Islamic State before the conquest of Rome by 2020. They then claim the antichrist is expected to show up seven months after the conquest of Rome, according to what Muhammad reportedly said.
