Well, this is weird. Jason Mattera caught up with Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-NY) and asked him about Obamacare. Gutierrez has been a vocal supporter of the law for four years now. But faced with delay after delay and the disappointing signup numbers, Gutierrez had nothing to day.
