I had the pleasure of meeting this gentleman while shooting an episode of Tony Katz Tonight last fall. It is easy to see that the CNN talking points barker would prefer to try and turn the Rosa Parks tweet into a full-on endorsement of the Klan and nothing else. Phillips remains calm (he’s a better man than I) and continues to dismiss the nonsense.
