Politico breaks a “Hillary Exclusive” this morning that Republicans can choose to ignore at their own peril:
EXCLUSIVE : Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will hit the paid speaking circuit this spring (likely April or May) and has selected the Harry Walker Agency, which represents President Clinton, as her agent. Industry officials expect that she will be one of the highest paid speakers in the history of the circuit, with fees well into the six figures in the United States and abroad. Secretary Clinton will likely do some speeches for no fee for causes she champions, and expects to occasionally donate her fees for charitable purposes. Clinton, who will maintain her homes in Washington and Chappaqua, is also beginning to make decisions about the book she has said she will write, an account of her four years as secretary of State. Non-profit work will be another component of her new life, perhaps through her husband’s foundation or one of her own.
So here is a new drinking game for Hillary Watch 2016 fans:
Every time Hillary is asked if she is running for president in 2016 and either laughs or says that she has “not yet decided,” you take a gulp of your favorite adult beverage. Now, the real question is, “How many cases of whatever you are drinking do you think you will have consumed by the end of her speaking tour?”
Politico, in the same email (Mike Allen’s Playbook) also has this video gem of Karl Rove responding to the question, “Where Would We Be Today if Hilary Clinton Beat Obama in 2008?”
Rove’s answer is literally a 2016 Hillary for President endorsement.
You just have to see it to believe it.
Message of Full Disclosure:
Hillary Watch 2016 is provided as a public service to Tatler readers but the writer will be supporting the 2016 Republican presidential candidate.
(The above disclosure was necessary because several friends have already accused me of being obsessed by Hillary and secretly supporting her in 2016.)

I know this post is all in fun, but …
When th Left perceives a frontrunner or an up-and-comer on the Right, they set about his/her annihilation through a relentless onslaught of slanders, smears, innuendo, and attack. Just see the concerted and relentless attacks on Rubio and Now Cruz… The purpose is to take out the threat before it can mount a serious challenge. This was brilliantly executed against Palin and Romney, and assured Obama’s enthronement andnre-enthronement.
Compare that to many or most on the Right. Hillary is simply viewed as an inevitability – again I know it’s all in fun, but the drinking game hints at a kind of self-destructive fatalism which we can’t afford.
This isn’t to say we should be lost in a knuckledragging anger fest – the Left has been very successful in parodying the Right so that mere opposition is viewed as “racist”, “hateful”, “unhinged”, etc… this should be relentless debasing and undermining of the opposition until their framing is neutralized and reversed by the framing of the Right.
No story should ever appear about “Hillary” without an accompanying and insulting cartoon – or without always attaching her name to a scandal or obe of her odious traits (the reference to he cackle comes close, but call it a cackle, not a “laugh). Pick any of her odious traits, attach her to her odious husband, there are hundreds of devaluing “Hillary” traits to choose from… If done correctly, the name “Hillary” can become a pejorative. Our enemy is despicable, but his/her tactics are extremely effective. The Right must take a page out of the Sliminsky playbook, get a little dirty, and take the opposition out.
I am no writer, but I’m a very talented artist, and sometimes have created some excellent caricatures. If someone at PJM were interested I’d be happy to show some of my work and create some caricatures for use here…
We should remind people that Hillary of 2016 is not Hillary of 2008. She has spent 4 years carrying out Obama’s half-baked foreign policy and was apparently inable to convince him about how to approach the real world. Our standing in the world is lower now than before she and Obama took office. How can she overcome the credibility gap she helped build.
– on the meaning of “is”. Answers to questions from the paying audience: “I don’t recall.” and “What difference does it make?”
Is this the same Hillary Clinton person who was inevitable in 2008? You know the one who lost to an unknown first term Senator from Illinois. I guess this time she is really, really, specially inevitable.
Now for serious comment. I think Hillary had a stroke and I would bet a beer that she will not be physically able to run for President in 2016.
