The video above must be seen. In fact, poll worker and Obama activist Meloweese Richardson voted more than twice, and she admits as much on camera. She also says that she voted for Obama and registered “thousands” of voters for him. The Hamilton County (OH) board of elections has issued 28 subpoenas involving double voting and general voter fraud in the 2012 Presidential election. Richardson admits to voting for herself, her daughter and other family members. She is also a poll official in her Ohio neighborhood.
These are not just violations of Ohio law, these are federal felonies enforced by the United States Department of Justice. Where is U.S. Attorney Carter Stewart? Has he sent FBI agents yet to Meloweese Richardson’s house to get a statement? 42 U.S.C. § 1973i(e) makes it a felony punishable by a fine of $10,000 or five years in prison for anyone to vote twice in a federal election. Richardson admits on camera she violated this law, multiple times – all for President Obama. Will her political loyalty mean that Carter Stewart doesn’t send the FBI so quickly, and waits until the state proceedings play out?
It shouldn’t. The vote fraud deniers and enablers are corrupting the sanctity of American elections. Academics like Justin Levitt at Loyola School of Law have ridiculed those of us who care about voter fraud, saying it is as rare as Sasquatch.
Well Sasquatch is roaming around Ohio. This is the same sort of behavior which occurred in Noxubee County Mississippi in the case of United States v. Ike Brown that I discuss in detail in my book Injustice – double voting, poll worker collusion, absentee fraud, false voting at the polls. Her double voting sounds like Carrie Kate Windham’s behavior in Mississippi. Windham was a Democrat Party official that cast votes illegally for other people. In that case, many in the Justice Department didn’t want to do anything about it either. They were willing to give Brown a pass because of who he was and who the victims were. Meanwhile, the sanctity of our elections corrode.
It seems to keep on going, and a whole bunch of “experts” on elections write books and blogs minimizing the criminal behavior. Could it be because they and Richardson are allied politically? Whatever the reason, the vote fraud deniers do a disservice to the Rule of Law they profess to support. We’ll see how seriously Eric Holder deals with admitted voter fraud by an Obama activist. Will she be charged in federal court? Will Meloweese Richardson even be interviewed by the FBI? Stay tuned.

Only?
Well, at least a lot of folks won’t have any pangs of conscience or second thoughts as they come to the conclusion that the elections are inherently corrupt and rigged and stop bothering to vote.
While the democrats may see this as a good thing – after all, the fewer people voting against them the better – they will at the same time lose sight of a very important fact, even as they count their victories.
Illegitimate elections lead to the people viewing the government as illegitimate.
People are not inclined to go out of their way to obey the edicts of an illegitimate government.
When they finally destroy the rule of law, they will have no one to blame but themselves when the mob turns on them in the end after all constructive and law abiding elements of society have been completely undermined.
Sadly, at this point I see no way for this to end well…
I guarantee that the DOJ will do nothing about this. They will either ignore it or tell Congress that they are investigating and let it die. The woman knows she has nothing to fear. The DOJ and Obama want voter fraud. They know through fraud they will be guaranteed a win in 2016 – heck, Obama could even run for a 3rd term and still win (even if it is a violation of the Constitution). They are stacking the deck, if they haven’t already, that will prevent a conservative or even a pseudo-conservative from ever being elected President. Doesn’t matter what we do… which is why they want to take away our guns. So they can do this without fear of there being an uprising.
I’ve long wondered why some clever, honest organization (Breitbart?) doesn’t put out some ads in local communities (Philadelphia, Cleveland, etc.), maybe, Craig’s List or notices on ‘phone poles, along the following lines:
“Obama’s Reelection Committee appreciates the efforts of the voters in this precinct.
Unspent incentive cash is available for those who helped most. If you voted more than twice in the November, 2012 election, you may be eligible for up to $100 in earnings (no taxes).
If you qualify, please report to the ______ Church on Saturday, X/X/2013. Funds are limited and will be distributed until they are gone. And, please, no Republicans or white folks.”
Christian,
You need to make ‘Big Data’ an issue with Secretary of State and election courts.
1. Campaigns are now profiling and contacting voters, including those outside their party so their technology knows who and how voting is going before votes are counted.
2. Vast numbers of GOTV people; whom are likely to be the same people that participated with voter registrations, can be provided with lists that eliminate the possibility of falsely voting with a real person.
3. It makes use of public data and private sources unrelated to voting to create more actual ‘voting’ lists.
Associating ‘Big Data’ to complaints can also help enhance the following arguments:
1. Speed – we have a campaign that has demonstrated how quickly huge databases can be set up and applied to an upcoming election.
2. Number analysis on how big data’s ability to organize phony registrations can enable one person to vote in many precincts. That is, with early and absentee voting plus high density of precincts, an individual may have commit hundreds of fraudulent votes.
As both parties incorporate big data technologies, small parties and independents are further disenfranchised.
1. Profiling the voter database allows for more cost-effective advertising campaigns. Campaigns that use voter registration list only are likely to waste dollars, since they are overpaying for mailings that include fraudulent registrations/addresses.
If there is anyone to be blamed for any kind of voter fraud is the idiot Republicans who are unable to comprehend the motives of Democrats/Socialist party. And are afraid to standup and fight for what’s right.
If you want to preserve the integrity of election i.e the nation.
a) no more motor voter registration
b) no more registration drives
c) anyone who wants to vote must go to town hall and register with proper docs.
d) no more absentee voting
e) photo id
The RNC signed a consent decree pledging to do nothing about vote fraud.
Then they, the Reps, should just abrogate the signing!
Well one thing is sure, you will always find people that do things that they should’nt , but she just one person The President won by more 1 person or 100,000 people so it really don’t matter.
AS AN OHIO VOTER I AM FURIOUS.
At this point Gov. Kasich’s office will absolutely be hearing from me about the complete failure of the state’s Republicans to pass the most strict voter ID law in the nation.
–Immediately end all early voting.
–Require mandatory in-person re-registration of all voters. Purge the rolls.
–Perform a background check on all re-registered voters.
–Then, require a second trip to the voter registration office to be issued a state voter ID to all Ohio voters who re-register, which would be the ONLY acceptable ID, period.
–THEN you can vote on Election Day only.
Guess what, liberal fascists? If we can require a similar process for purchasing a gun even though you have a clear Constitutional right to have one, then we make it just as ironclad a process to exercise your Constitutional right to vote.
Universal background checks stop guns from getting in the hands of criminals? Universal background checks stop voter fraud.
Make voting as difficult as liberals want to make buying and owning a gun, in each state.
Problem solved.
Move along, nothing to see here.
The best part is we don’t have to prosecute this, because it’s just one person, no big deal . If it were wide-spread, then it’d be worth going after. And it’ll never be wide-spread because all we ever see are few individuals, and then move on forgetting the previous ones.
