Hey Buzz, did you catch that WaPo in an editorial the other day inadvertently let slip that all this was developed by the Justice Dept in 2011 and kept in a drawer until after the election? Biden didn’t recommend anything that wasn’t already in that script.

No, I didn’t see that, but I can’t say it surprises me. Nor would it surprise me if the 2011 Justice Department recommendations were simply rewrites of the playbook that they were going to use in the wake of Fast & Furious, had that not blown up in their faces. It was obvious from the start—from the fast-tracking, if nothing else—that Biden’s role was to be the cover, and the shill, for whatever Obama wanted to present.
Oh, F&F hasn’t blown up in their faces. I’ll go that far when somebody goes to jail – preferably Eric Holder and preferably in MEXICO
True enough, alas. But it did “blow up” to the extent that it could not be readily used for the purpose of providing an excuse for domestic gun-grab initiatives.
Buzz, you do great work here. For the life of me I never understand why it doesn’t attract more comments. Might be that some just disappear never to be seen without rescue.
