Take a look at this photo, which taken in Virginia today. It was taken at Meadow Farm in Doswell, the home of legendary race horse Secretariat.
There’s no broken glass for anyone to have to crawl over, but according to the photographer the line to get into Romney’s event is 1.5 hours long.
Contrast this with Obama’s trouble giving away tickets for an event in Boulder, CO.

– news and photos like these are reported, the more credible they seem than polls. A 2010 feeling. Sometimes you have to trust your instincts, your gut. Voters will close the curtains and sigh or mutter: “Hell if I’m gonna reward four years of failure with four more.”
It reminds me of the line I stood in on Chic-Fil-A day back a couple of months ago. Crowds of friendly – but determined – people saying they would not be pushed around anymore.
It was a great event. I’m not good at estimating crowd size, but I’d say it was over 3,000 on a Thursday afternoon. One heckler interrupted Romney shouting about climate change and holding a banner, but he was quickly shouted down by the crowd with USA USA USA and he was hustled out.
There was plenty of electricity in the room and the crowd was in very good spirits.
The cool part was Romney’s entrance. They drove his bus into the room. That’s what you can do when you hold the event at the fairgrounds. Really big space with really big doors.
