I’m not Allen West, but I heartily approve of this message.
I would approve of a similarly high contrast message coming from another Republican campaign.
Bryan Preston has been a leading conservative blogger and opinionator since founding his first blog in 2001. Bryan is a military veteran, worked for NASA, was a founding blogger and producer at Hot Air, was producer of the Laura Ingraham Show and, most recently before joining PJM, was Communications Director of the Republican Party of Texas.
I am going to say something I normally wouldn’t, but someone once said that when the going gets tough, they call for the SOBs.
There is no more time to lose to get America back to normal efficiency in order to get things movng again and to be ready for the challenges of the future, and certainly no time for anyone’s personal feelings or sensibilities on the matter. Mitt Romney either starts coming off the ropes, fighting the best as he is able, challenging both President and media, or it is my profound wish he not receive salvation. Mitt Romney made himself the candidate in this critical moment. There was no widespread outcry. He better be up to the moment, because it is time to move on.
This goes doubly for anyone else hanging back. We don’t have to win. We do have to fight to the utmost of our ability. It is simply time for this chapter of American history to end.
Patrick Murphy ejected for bar fight. Bad, yes, but what concerns me more is why the devil didn’t he get the h*** outta there before the cops showed up? Isn’t that what usually happens? Most fights I’ve seen in bars, on the playground, or on the diamond, field or court, only last a few seconds and it often takes the cops anywhere from 5-15 minutes to show up. After it was over, he should’ve high-tailed it outta there, particularly if there was property damage (and pay for the damages later). I’d take a 5-minute headstart anyday.
Conclusion: Murphy is a dolt for: 1. Being excessively drunk; 2. Getting into a fight; 3. Not getting the h*** outta there;, and 4. Being disorderly with the police. That’s 4 strikes: he’s OUT. Perhaps “I Fought the Law & the Law Won” should be his campaign song.
Allen West for President 2020!
On the other hand, if he wins, he’ll fit right in with D.C. Democrats.
