I loved The Avengers. But this…I may love it more.

Is Tony Stark still an alkie in the comics?…because you can get over it, you know….
In comic book world you can come back from the dead, so I would HOPE a guy can get over alcoholism!
(And in that idiotic Batman flick that was just out we learned that you can heal someone’s spine by hanging him from a rope in a dank prison cell! It’s cool to live in the comic book universe!)
Hey! Captain America is MY favorite character!
In fact, when I dragged my wife to “The Avengers” I told her, “It’s a sequel to Captain America… with some guest stars.”
Gotta love the Cap!
Cute. Many valid points.
I’m still mad we didn’t even get that Thanos-like glimpse of Galactus in the Silver Surfer movie. Of all the Marvel characters, isn’t that the one most like Obama?
And hey, where is Prince Namor these days? Too 1%? Maybe in a Romney administration he can make a comeback. Actually, Namor played with the Avengers in early Marvel days, I think, being a spoiled royal snot he’s hardly more tractable than the Hulk, and I vaguely recall they especially got on each other’s nerves.
/geek off
Wasn’t it Namor who accidentally found the frozen Captain America? That would’ve been cool.
Or how ’bout an “Invaders” movie? Namor, Cap and the Human Torch!
