Images of a failed presidency? Perhaps.
The true sequence of events during the attack that left four Americans dead, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, remains unclear. One version says he succumbed to smoke inhalation and died at a nearby hospital. Whether he died there or was brought there post mortem is unclear. Another suggests he went missing and may have been raped by his killers. There is even some debate as to what we see in the photo of Stevens being dragged, or carried, by people who were either parading his body as a trophy or trying to help him to safety. Our experience in Somalia in 1993 suggests the darker interpretation is the safest bet. We may never know what really happened, as the most reliable sources — not the Libyan security who allowed the attack and later claim to have fought to regain the consulate — are dead.
The consulate building had no meaningful security. No bulletproof windows. No Marine guards. Obviously the foreign service under Secretary of State Clinton failed to protect four brave Americans under her charge, when there was adequate warning that an attack could come, and the date made the day a dangerous one.
What is clear is that the Arab Spring revolution Barack Obama championed has not ushered in a time of peace. It is clear that President Obama’s Cairo speech has failed to convert our Islamist enemies into friends. They hate us just as much today as they did then, only now they see weakness and indecisiveness. The people attacking our embassies in a handful of countries today should fear America’s wrath, but clearly they don’t.
Another thing is clear, if I may add: an American Ambassador and American officers have been murdered and this administration’s answer has been
nothing, nada, zero.

That’s not really true. The Administration has been quite forthright about criticizing Mitt Romney for criticizing the Administration. The terrorists? Not so much….
As an American, I am outraged to think these men in Libya were literally sacrificed while out incompetent, lazy president was out courting voters and that loser Hillary was in front of cameras apologizing for anything she could think of. I am sick of these people and they have the blood of those people on their hands! Obama and his followers are useless, worthless, and should be forced to resign. Our country is not being protected, the man is wrecking it day by day and if he should possibly be reelected, we will face ruin.

The Whine gave a speech in Cairo, and three years later our embassy there was attacked. He supported the revolution in Libya, and a year later our ambassador there was murdered. He can’t run on his domestic policy, which has kept unemployment over 8% for his entire term, and can’t run on his foreign policy.
Unfortunately, if polls are to be believed, Obama is considered a “success” on foreign policy. That may not change appreciably even with these embassy and consulate attacks.
Do you believe that Hillary’s chances at becoming president are now in the toilette? Anyone running against her will be in their right to bring this up as her complete failure.

We can only hope so! But with the MSM in the tank for the Democrats, you can bet they’ll concoct some kind of rationale or narrative that says she’s doing the right thing. I’m sure the Koolaid-drinkers will be sold on their explanation, perhaps in sufficient numbers to elect her.

That would logical but I’m not sure it is realistic. After all, is there anyone still in the Democratic Party to the right of Hilary Clinton? The whole lot of them seems to have moved to the far Left.
What is the single, unique, overriding thread to all this upheaval?

The New World Order (per Obama) best operates from a “top-down/command economy.” Just like one he’s familiar with all his life and has desperately tried since his inauguration, to implement in the USA (900+ Executive Orders).
Every action, be it “Arab Spring,” Eurozone (Merkel has to hold it together and Hollande’s election), Brazil, Argentina, Ireland, Britain,
China, Sub-asian continent (India, Bangladesh) ALL have to display a form of Governance Mr. Obama wants and is familiar with… “Left-of-Center.”.
Trouble with Obama’s “master plan” is each governments “key players” have their own MO and greed and power agenda.
These “key players” want total control over every economic means of:1)land, 2)labor and 3)capital. How they acheive it, is immaterial.
This is what Mr. Obama’s “master plan” didn’t add to his carefully concocted “Arab Spring,” Latin American “rapproachment” and Eurozone “gentle pursuasion” equation. And the Lab experiment is blowing-up in his face.
Mr. Obama will have “egg-on-his-face” for a long time to come…just like another architect of failure…Jimmy Carter, nobel peace prize winners all.
