Joe Biden in Tampa, with thousands of Republicans around, probably all carrying some form of video recorder on them. So many opportunities for gaffes, malaprops, tomfoolery and general idiocy, and high odds that they’ll get captured and YouTubed and endlessly blogged.

So yeah, he’ll probably end up getting a timeout in Delaware again.
