Yesterday, Vice President Joseph Biden didn’t know which state he was in. Today, his confusion abounds.
‘Folks, where’s it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles?,” said Biden.

For what it’s worth, I could not have written “video at the link” in the century Biden references, since YouTube is a 21st century innovation.
I’d say old Clueless Joe is doing his best to validate Rudy Giuliani’s assessment of him.
I suspect he’s going to have a “health issue” right before the convention, and will “reluctantly step aside.” But does Hillary! want the #2 spot, and if not, who gets the nod?
I would not be one bit surprised if Obama sends Joe to Europe or the mid-east to save the world a day before the vice-presidential debates.
