When you’ve lost Morning Joe…
Bryan Preston has been a leading conservative blogger and opinionator since founding his first blog in 2001. Bryan is a military veteran, worked for NASA, was a founding blogger and producer at Hot Air, was producer of the Laura Ingraham Show and, most recently before joining PJM, was Communications Director of the Republican Party of Texas.
I don’t know if he lost Morning Joe, but he’s definitely lost his mojo.
Nah, at least not this early. Scarborough is simply the less erudite, goofier TV version of the New York Times’ David Brooks, who also works within a hothouse of liberal groupthink, and when he strays off the path and lands a hard shot at Obama or anyone else on the left, is guaranteed to come scurrying back with 800 words of pablum a week later, showing others in the company he’s not going rogue on them and will remain as their ‘sane’ conservative (though Joe may feel slightly emboldened now that S.E. Cupp has one-quarter of her own show on MSNBC, since all the in-house fire from the left isn’t going to be pointed in his direction anymore).
I’m guessing this is to give them cover for their dive back into the tank before the election.
