I spent an amusing Sunday evening watching the Dalai Lama being interviewed by Piers Morgan on CNN. (Yes, Piers is still on.) The more or less clueless Brit asked the exiled Tibetan spiritual leader which world leader he liked the most (of the many he met) and the DL said George W. Bush. He evidently thought Bush 43 a very nice guy. The astonished expression on Morgan’s face on hearing this was worth the price of admission. Also, worth the price were the Dalai Lama’s views on celibacy (his own). Other thing: he never saw a Richard Gere movie. But see it all for yourself…

One attention-grabbing celebrity-obsessed poseur pretends he’s a journalist, the other attention-grabbing celebrity-obsessed poseur pretends he’s a pious holy man… Gross!
What has the DL done for the Tibetans….nothing good!
The Dalai Lama is excellent. I’m sure he had a good laugh when Obama had him leave by the back door.
