Fast and Furious? No. The dangerous national security leaks? that apparently came from the White House? Who are you kidding.
The issue of such urgency that an investigation is warranted, according to Harry Reid, is…drumroll…the Pacquiao-Bradley fight.
Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., jumped on the bandwagon of those calling for a probe of the scoring of the Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley title fight on Saturday night.
Bradley was awarded a split decision victory in a fight that most observers thought was a lopsided victory for Pacquiao, who landed nearly 100 more punches than Bradley.
“I feel confident there has been nothing untoward but if an investigation makes everyone feel better, do the investigation,” Reid, the Senate majority leader, told reporters at his weekly press conference. It was first reported in the Las Vegas Journal-Review.
Harry Reid was an amateur boxer several decades ago, but so what? Why can’t Harry Reid say the same thing about the national security leaks or Fast and Furious that he said about that fight? Is he less confident that there has been nothing untoward in those controversies?

Excuse me? Why should Harry be incensed that the same mobsters who bought him also bought the fight?
This kind of scoring is why very few people care about boxing anymore.
In the CLEARING stands a boxer, not “in the center.”
Reid’s mob bosses let him know they had nothing to do with it.
Besides the fact the Federal government has absolutely no authority to stick its camel’s nose into that local desert tent….
Just another case of an easily-bent Reid blowing in the political winds, attempting yet another instance of ADHD “oh-look-at-that-shiny-thing-over-there” distraction for the MSM sycophant (or is that “psycho pants?”) dog-pack to run after, tongues flapping breathlessly in the breeze.
Hmmm…I wonder…wasn’t it just a few weeks ago that Pacquiao was being trashed in the media for being against same-sex marriage? And now all of a sudden he has a championship stolen from him and given to an American boxer.
Payback by the left?
