In a sign of the times, this entire story can be told in three YouTube videos.
On Wednesday, Karl Rove’s Crossroads GPS launched this ad, slamming President Obama for breaking several campaign promises.
Upset at the ad’s content, Obama campaign spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter pushed back against what she, in her official capacity and in the title of the video, called Rove’s “BS.”
Today, Crossroads is back with this video. It notes, among other things, that Cutter ends up calling Obama’s own Supreme Court defense of ObamaCare “BS.” Classy. Also, hilarious.
Cutter’s push back video has accomplished one thing: It helped drive the Crossroads ad into the national conversation, and drove nearly 40,000 viewers to the video in less than two days.
