On a Florida TV station, George Zimmerman’s father speaks out:
Zimmerman appears in silhouette for an obvious reason: With a $10,000 bounty on his son’s head from the Black Panthers, it’s dangerous for him to show his face.
Update: A “Kill Zimmerman” twitter feed has appeared.
Bryan Preston has been a leading conservative blogger and opinionator since founding his first blog in 2001. Bryan is a military veteran, worked for NASA, was a founding blogger and producer at Hot Air, was producer of the Laura Ingraham Show and, most recently before joining PJM, was Communications Director of the Republican Party of Texas.
Isn’t the $10,000 bounty on his son’s head?
Yup, typo, fixed.
How much longer, you think, before the witness gets intimidated? How much longer before Spike Lee tweets *that* address? How much longer before some media guy starts in on him? Ho much longer before he has a magical “reunderstanding” of the event and decides it somehow *was* Trayvon’s cries for help after all? To the praise of many when it happens? How much longer?
I thought maybe this was some wise words from that OTHER Robert Zimmerman.
Oh, well, here’s the closest thing I could find.
Bryan – from db’s link (@3) to Robert Zimmerman, I came across this gem: http://www.cinchreview.com/trayvon-martin-george-zimmerman-new-mob-rule/6443/
This apparently is how this whole got started (this is a quote from the blog): “Kevin Cunningham is a 31-year old social media coordinator for a Palestinian children’s charity called KinderUSA. He is a resident of Washington D.C., and, since everyone’s race and appearance seems so crucially relevant in this case, it can be noted that he is of Irish descent. The online petition he initiated, demanding the prosecution of George Zimmerman, became the focal point and spur for the attention the case has received.”
BTW Bryan – I can’t seem to connect to the comments about the police surveillance video. I don’t know if it’s the computer I’m at now or something else. Will try to get to it tonight at home.
