Well, Obama did promise skyrocketing energy prices. Why did that have to be one of the few promises he managed to keep?
Even Vega seemed truly surprised to see such a drastic change in such a short period of time, telling Sawyer that “it is almost too unbelievable to believe.”
“It went up 10 cents?” asked Sawyer, herself shocked at what just had occurred.
“Ten cents during that two minutes while we were on the air,” confirmed Vega.

When Saddam invaded Kuwait, that was the day I set out from NY to OR for law school, each time the gas prices went higher. One time they increased the price while I was pumping gas.
Good. I want it to jump by $10 if that’s what it takes to wake up the brain-dead sheep around me into realizing that this is all self inflicted, in the name of the religious dogma of the left, i.e. Environmentalism.
It was supposed to happen AFTER the 2012 elections…
During the argument we had about this last week I found graph of gas prices over the last 6 years.
<bIOf course the prices averaged higher during the first half of the graph, no doubt due to the Iraq war and the uncertainty in the middle east.
There’s plenty of uncertainty in the middle east now, but whatever… The only sane response to make is that this sort of political gloating you enjoy, Bryan, is neither based in truth nor meaningful.
I’m amazed by Obozo’s brazenness at claiming he’s “done everything possible” to keep energy prices down, when the truth is the exact opposite.
And of course no one in the lying media is the least bit inclined to call him on this brazen lie. Gee, wonder why?
