The meme is now circling Facebook like Bill Clinton stalking an intern — the Republicans have declared war on women! Conservatives want to steal women’s ladyparts! All because conservatives don’t think the Catholic Church or any other “faith-based” organization should have to provide contraceptives or abortifacient drugs to women free of charge. Well free to them, and free to the liberals. They don’t really seem to comprehend that someone has to pay for it.
That being said, there’s now a counter meme circulating in the form of a few images such as this one:
Liberals of course never let the truth stand in the way of a good political club, in fact, that the club they’re beating their opponents with is a lie just seems to make them more inclined to use it. Here’s hoping Obama and his mouthpieces actually keep the pressure on on this issue as it’s starting to cost them a lot of support.

The available data strongly suggests that a greater proportion of “minority” women will be among the beneficiaries of this benefit than will be the proportion of white women. The effect will be to lower the out-of-wedlock birth rate among minorities to a greater extent than among whites. Thus, by “progressive” logic, free access is a racist policy.
Yes, Mr. Richardson, it is costing them support. The longer they keep it up, the more it will cost them. How much of an ideologue does one have to be to stick to policies that clearly are self-destructive? I suppose Captain Zero is going to show us.

El Presidente is such a sexist, men can be responsible for birth control too, right? Even as broke as I was putting myself through college, I never expected anyone else to pay for it. I always had a supply of my favorite condoms available whether my guy did or not.
Obama and Sebelius are never going to understand why everyone is so upset. Let’s give them a “time out” in November so they can go back to private life and we can get them out of ours.

My only concern is that Kathleen Sibelius will end up back in Kansas. We seriously considered voting for Obama in this state just to get rid of HER.
They already give away free condoms at health clinics. When they are talking about contraception, they aren’t talking about condoms, they are talking about birth control pills and the morning after pill.
The morning after pill won’t have an affect on birth rates for the poor. If they can’t figure out a condom, you think they’re going to remember to take a pill everyday?
Do women on Medicaid not get free health care? Do they not ALREADY get FREE drugs? The answer is YES. So what is all this about? NOTHING. It is only to demonize conservatives. Nothing more.
Let me take this in, people who have a hard time putting food on the table and difficult time providing the needs of their families are mandated to pay for the sexual choices of others? What is next, mandated public paid condom and sterilization?
