No doubt Stephen Green is getting an early start to the festivities. And he informs me that the martinis will be extra dry tonight in honor of the cotton mouth that Newt Gingrich is experiencing as he awaits the inevitable onslaught from the questioners who will want to make him squirm with questions about his ex-wife.

The suspense is killing me. Will the CNN reporters ask Gingrich anything substantive? Or will they keep trying to get him to open up about his proposed “open marriage?”

Whatever happens, the net’s most infamous problem drinker will cover it as only he can; swilling a martini in one hand and typing furiously on the keyboard with the other.
