Prosecutorial Misconduct In Ted Stevens Case Worse Than Previously Found

A special investigation of the prosecution of Alaska Senator  Ted Stevens has completed its work and the AP reports that the misconduct was even worse than originally found by the trial Court.

I have written about the case on several occasions , including here and here.  And you might find it helpful to review those earlier articles to see how unfairly his trial was conducted.

It is hard to escape the notion that this was part of an effort to hurt not only Stevens, but his party.
