CBS News has the goods, in the form of two documents and an email. And that’s not even the worst of his problems this evening.
Tomorrow is zero hour for Eric Holder and the DOJ.
Check back in with PJ Media at midnight Pacific.

“Holder Caught Lying Under Oath”
Big deal. Slick Willy did it and got away scot free, thereby setting the precedent that liberal scum can lie under oath, and it ain’t no crime, as long as they’re high enough up the political food chain.
So do you think he will have his lying tongue nailed to the wall or let him continue his corrupt ways??
Is CBS doing penance for Rathergate by reporting these findings? One would hope so.
David Surls – Given O’s ratings, he may be inclined to throw Holder under the bus to avoid having an investigation that would start prying into the White House’s involvement.
Not the least in the work. Rather (heh, heh) they realize that the gunwalking scandals have reached a level of notoriety that they must be seen to report on them, or forfeit what’s left of their credibility…and advertising revenues…and jobs.
But Holder’s name isn’t Scooter Libby, and lying under oath is a real crime, not like having a memory disagreement with a law enforcement agent over timeframes, and besides that, Holder is a Democrat, not a Republican, so it doesn’t matter. There will be maelstrom sucking in the guity here- after all, Holder was doing it for pure and noble reasons.
But you know all that already…
HOLDER and the obuma both !
‘On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.”‘
If you’re talking about that statement and thinking about perjury, forget about it. He’s leaving himself enough wiggle room, you would never get a perjury conviction based on that.
And, even if you did, his boss would just pardon him.
As Jack says, Obambi might throw Holder to the wolves to protect himself, but then he’ll just appoint another scumbag to replace Holder, and you’re right back where you started.
Holder is untouchable, he’ll never be held to account for his actions, just like his boss. Laws apply to other people.
