Boy, imagine one of those flying over your base or unit and carrying a full load of ordinance, just as it’s low bid contract built internal computer suffers from a blue screen of death. After all, it’s a piece of military tech, not a solar panel, so price will no doubt be of the utmost concern.
Of course, just wait till the next generation of drones comes out, equipped with a low bid contract AI computer. Oh yeah, that will be good times. Wonder if they will give it diversity training?

Well I can see qualification testing getting real interesting if you had competing models going after each other in air to air mode. Tactical vs. performance, software vs. hardware and sell the videos.
Bombing mode: Company A’s bombers going after Company B’s head quarters and vs. versa. “Damnit Lacey..cough, cough, I told you we couldn’t trust..cough… that subcontractor.”
