I’m tired of all of this misplaced coyness on the part of candidates.
Either they’re running, in which case everybody gets to take potshots at them as candidates (as well as contribute to, campaign for, and eventually vote for them if they like) or they’re not running, in which case they say they’re not running and mean it. Not both.
Why on earth shouldn’t they do both, if they think it’s to their advantage? Who are you to dictate their strategy? Some sort of genius campaign strategist? Each candidate and potential candidate should do whatever they think best; when did Reagan announce his candidacy in 1979?
Because it makes me not want to support a person who does that.
Why bust my @$&, spend my $$$, and make a fool out of myself plugging some bashful candidate who is just as likely to do a “Ross Perot” and back out again?
He sure is intent on biding his time…
lol!
The “Cannonball” meme must be a DNC talking point. Front page headline on the SfGate website this AM.
Does this mean I can get money from George Soros’ “stash?”

Great job, Buzz! Although I couldn’t possibly care less who’s in and who’s out, I am enjoying the kabuki theatre of it all.
Christie doesn’t “get” the Counterjihad at all.
