For those of you interested in seeing the latest fireworks in the debate about new state voter ID laws, tune in this afternoon at 2:00 at http://judiciary.senate.gov. Senator Durbin is holding a hearing of the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Human Rights on “New State Voting Laws: Barriers to the Ballot?” Yours truly will be a witness arguing in favor of such common-sense election reform.
As things now stand, illegal aliens have now found a way to legally circumvent national Tax Laws by fiiing for a TIN, claiming more than two dependents and receiving refunds based upon each illegal’s filing status…to the tune of a estimated (because there isn’t an accurate method of ascertaining true identities of each TIN applicant) $4 billion dollars in 2010. Estimates for 2011 far exceed this amount. There is no known mechanism for verifying a TIN application for legal or illegal status.
Voter fraud had been well documented in 14 States, this last 2010 election, with convictions and in some cases, serving time.
With wanton fraud in every way shape and form rearing its ugly head by willing, nefarious individuals and social service type political organizations operating extra electorally, but capable of influencing an election’s outcome shouldn’t every State’s Legislature be allowed to enact Voter ID laws, thereby protecting the integrity of Our Constitution and Electoral Process???
Coupled with these two documented cases of fraud, is a third to rear its head… a serious push by the National Popular Vote Movement bloc currently coursing its way through major States with significant Electoral Votes. This changes current State-by-State Electoral System with the direct election of the President by guaranteeing an Electoral College majority to the Popular Vote winner. This, along with “back-door” amnesty, challenges to Voter ID and a huge “push” by current Administration officials (at DOJ)…will be enough to guarantee Mr. Obama’s re-election.
Vote massively, because massive fraud as never before seen in America’s history is visiting every voting booth and precint this 2012 Election. Only a massive voter registration drive, feet on the ground and voter turnout will turn the tide against Mr. Obama’s re-election.God Bless America
