On Friday night, hundreds packed The Machine Shed restaurant in Urbandale, Iowa to get a glimpse of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, in advance of her keynote address at the Tea Party of America event in Indianola, IA.
The room was warm, as the September night was rather humid, and it was filled with people from all over the country who have come to Iowa to hear for themselves whether or not Palin will run for President of the United States. Reports of people from California, Virginia, Nebraska, Texas, Minnesota, Washington State and Florida, with rumors of 10,000 to 20,000 people expected at the big rally.
Palin didn’t speak to the crowd on stage, but spent about an hour talking with people, signing autographs and taking pictures. Peter Singleton, of the Iowa chapter of Conservatives4Palin, gave his thoughts to why Palin should run, stating clearly that Palin – in his estimation – could win the nomination, and the general election, which received wild applause from the crowd.
Be sure to check for updates from the big event tomorrow on the Tatler. Also, photos and videos will be up on the PJTV Facebook page. Be sure to leave comments, and to “LIKE” the page.

Palin will not run. Neither will Obama. It will be Hillary Clinton vs Rick Perry, and win or lose, the Democratic Party will have saved itself. American politics will wake up from its nightmare and get back to normal.
Bigfoot,
I’ve been saying those same things on my radio show for a while now. Perhaps we’ll find out, today.
– Tony
I don’t think Palin will run, as a candidate has surfaced that she will be able to get behind (Perry.) Obama will, though. He already is.
The kind of self-serving narcissism seen in The Won won’t allow him to do anything else. I think he honestly believes he can win.
I agree with Animal. If Palin is the patriot I think she is she will not run realizing that she will likely give the nomination to Romney if she did. If Palin plays her part well, she can easily help put Perry in the Whitehouse. Obama will run, he’s so tone death and surrounded by sycophants that he doesn’t realize just how damaged he is. He’ll use the blacks in a scorched earth policy, either support me or I’ll unleash the bruthas and sistas and destroy the democrat party.
I hope you’re right, Bigfoot. No one I know wants Palin to run. She’s so over at this point. So, of course, is Obama. Unfortunately, I doubt he will acknowledge that and quit. But you never know.
If Palin announces she is running, the place will just explode! Dear God! And the Republican primaries will become very popcorn-worthy, just flat-out entertaining! Liberal heads will explode. Conservatives will be excited. Polls will be crazy. Pundits will be totally loving their jobs. Writers will be scribbling furiously. All Palin, all the time. The primaries will be energized by a bolt of lightning.
God, I hope she announces she is running tomorrow. I could use the entertainment!
… Palin is in danger of becoming one of the most boring and over-exposed people on the planet. She’s close to as narcissistic as Obama – and that’s not easy.
What possible ideas does she add to the discussion? None so far. It’s all about her.
Palin isn’t running for President. Numerous articles and commentaries from the smartest and most informed people just this Saturday AM will tell you that.
Me, what do I know? I just keep contributing money to the many Palin for President organizations, you know, the organizations that exist in every state in the Union when they ask me. And then there are the close to 100 Palin for President websites like; http://iowans4palin.blogspot.com/
or http://nh4palin.com/Home.html
or http://florida4palin.com/
Hey, what do I know?
Sarah Palin is running, because nobody has stepped up with a commonsense conservative record. Rhetoric won’t cut it. Show us the work record.
In AK, Palin fixed GOP corruption and corrupt oil companies in less than two years.
More than any other Governor does in a lifetime.
-
The fact that, after a few more years of confronting the Left’s damaging policies,
and being THE target of media attacks,
she can still stand along side the other presidential hopefuls – is amazing.
-
The fact that she stands taller – is unflippinbelievable.

Sarah Palin 2012 Game On.
F.L.A.G. = Fight Like A Girl
Sarah Palin is boring and over-exposed. Next.
