I think the facts still fit that he did it, but we’ll see.

Update: As I suspected, the theory doesn’t quite work. As CW points out in comments, the l33t haxxor would have had to have guessed or obtained Weiner’s yfrog account email. That leaves us where we started, and with a fact set that still points to Weiner.
