Multiple media sources are reporting Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s DNA has been found on the clothes of the maid who accused the former IMF chief of rape:
The DNA was found on the shirt of the 32-year-old worker at the Sofitel in New York who has accused Strauss-Kahn of attempting to rape her, according to NBC and ABC television.
DNA testing on other evidence from the hotel suite used by the French politician is continuing.
Meanwhile, the would-be French presidential candidate apparently was auditioning for horn-dog of the month, putting the make on three other women (so far) during the twenty-four hours or so surrounding the alleged rape, two concierges at the hotel and the third a stewardess on the Air France flight on which he was leaving the USA. I guess this takes care of the mystery of what DSK was doing in New York that weekend.
One other thing: Strauss-Kahn reportedly told the maid “Don’t you know who I am?” during the sex attack. She does now.

It’s DNA, Boy
—apologies to “Danny Boy”
It’s DNA, boy—the wipes, the wipes won’t clean it
It’s evidence your bluster cannot hide,
And when Forensics reconstructs the scene, it
Will be to prison that you’ll go and bide.
Sexual assaults upon the vulnerable
May “go” in France, but we don’t brook them here
You’ll find you’ve made a “betise tres formidable”
Which you will contemplate throughout a term of years.
Excellent. DSK, IMF (idiot mo fo)
And to all of his french buddies defending him with great enthusiasm, why not let him spend a weekend chasing down your wife or daughter? Let us know then, how truly special he is.
Hotel maids cannot be weak, most have to change the sheets on mattresses weighing up to 300 pounds ten times daily. It is almost impossible that 62 year old dominique could move one of those heavy mattresses an inch. In a wrestling contest between DSK and his six foot tall African maid I would bet my life savings on her flipping him in ten-seconds. Those that dream he was strong enough to hold her down while he was getting a BJ are masturbating or determined to send a fragile old man to prison.
You can’t make this stuff up!
What I don’t understand is, if DSK could spend $3K/day out of his own pocket, why didn’t he go for the Spitzer method? at the very least, it would have kept him out of jail!
(I apologize for the dirty humor.)
C’est le thrill du le conquest.
It’s less about the sex than the dominance—though of course it’s about the sex, too.
Of course…. But for the sake of accuracy, $3K is apparently the list price for the Sofitel suite. DSK paid $800. That’s the thrill of the bargain…
DSK’s counsel said he wanted to “clear his name.” Let’s follow the trial.
OK, maybe the last paragraph in this link answers my question:

Maybe DSK did go for the Spitzer method … or I should say, for the low-budget Hugh Grant method. If, in addition, he also visited the sort of establishments that he and Spitzer can afford, it was money well spent, because they are keeping quiet about it (so far).
The maid’s lawyers are getting the offers from DSK’ers team as we speak. They tried the “consentual” line, they’re warming up the “trailer trash” line, very quietly. Now they are getting out the checkbook. and the press in France is still beating up the U.S. Time for everybody on this side of the pond to stand their ground, keep the maid safe (I’m not kidding) the DSK’er crowd is shameless. And put this snake in a real jail, where he’s belonged for years.
By all accounts, the woman is a chaste and devout Muslim. Does the DSK team have any idea how the “she is a slut” defense is going to play in the French ghettos? Do they care?
As a matter of this being in a States criminal court jurisdiction, this whole matter is going to get interesting should he be convicted and sentenced to either probation or to prison. Sentenced to probation he will have to register as a sex offender and the probation department has full jusrisdictional control of where he may live and travel. The same if senteneced to prison and released on parole. Once discharged from probation or parole, the registered sex offender comes under the jurisdictional control of the sheriff of whatever county he is released to from parole.
Will France, through the U.S. federal government, step into this States jurisdiction matter? I suspect that on behalf of France, the federal government will, as that is normal for the U.S. to do with U.S. citizens abroad being tried and or convicted.
My suggestion would be, to petition for his deportation and denial of re-entry into the U.S. for life. That would sure save the Sates taxpayers a lot of money as certainly, the federal government will intervene upon any conviction and he will never face the full extent of punishment under the law.
I wonder if his defense team has thought of making a “small” contribution to 0′s reelection campaign in return for a pardon???
