The PJ Tatler

Bold prediction: You heard it here first. Or maybe somewhere else.

Paul Ryan will be the GOP nominee and the next president. He may not really want the job, but he’s a “call of duty” guy.

Plus, his opposition isn’t terribly oppositional.

Ryan is the only one of the bunch who can clearly explain free market economics and the reason the government is to blame which, i believe, is the heart of this election

is this were to materialize i would be in favor

I think he lacks the executive skills, the experience. As a Veep? Yeah, I could go for that.

Wouldn’t that be the Peter Principle in action?

He does real well in Congress and as an economic advisor — he could be the next president’s economic advisor. Bumping up to president might ruin him.

Is he ready to handle the rest of the president’s job? Deal with all the political attacks — handle the international scene — wars — Islamists — Al Queda — deal with Homeland Security and the TSA, etc.?

True, there’s just no one who’s exciting on the scene … Why is that, I wonder?

“Call of the duty guy” for presidential slot?? Interesting but then he has not the leadership? What will happen with the rest then?
