It’s a long way from his first, improbable run. It’s a long way from the aura that the MSM created for him. It’s a long way from the Greek columns and fainting fanatics. Will Obama be able to connect with independents and disenfranchised Republicans like in 2008, with Obamacare, financial reform laws, taxation and Libya now at play, along with massive spikes in gas prices and inflation?
It’s a long way to the election, and the GOP still needs to come up with a candidate (which is also a long way away.) However, it’s never to early to come up with some snappy slogans to place on a bumper sticker. Here are some slogans that the president might use:
