It was pretty obvious before the “Libyan Not War” (MSNBC’s words, not mine) that the Obama administration was not exactly overflowing with competence. But over the last few days, just about every corner of the political spectrum has in unison cried WTF, that is, Who’s The Fool responsible for this Libyan clown show? With everything on his plate, the president in training can’t be held responsible for every toe stub in a 300 million person country. How dare anybody suggest otherwise.
