... in which I wish for a snow blower

Well, here in Kansas we have a major winter storm bearing down on us. State offices are closed so I can’t get the information on the ObamaCare lawsuit I’d wanted to work on today. Governor Sam Brownback has already declared a state of emergency and FEMA’s on the way.

I’d like to report how many inches of snow we have, but unfortunately, the National Weather Service website is down intermittently.

Last I knew they were saying up to 20 inches. Now for those of you out in the sticks in Colorado (yes, this means you Charlie) and other snowy states: That’s more snow in one storm than we typically get all year, and we’re not the only ones getting hammered. Has anyone checked to see if Al Gore is in the area? This sure seems like the Gore Effect…
