Reportedly, Whitney Houston has died:
Houston’s publicist, Kristen Foster, said Saturday that the singer had died, but the cause and the location of her death were unknown.
News of Houston’s death came on the eve of music’s biggest night – the Grammy Awards. It’s a showcase where she once reigned, and her death was sure to case a heavy pall on Sunday’s ceremony. Houston’s longtime mentor Clive Davis was to hold his annual concert and dinner Saturday; it was unclear if it was going to go forward. . . .She influenced a generation of younger singers, from Christina Aguilera to Mariah Carey, who when she first came out sounded so much like Houston that many thought it was Houston.
But by the end of her career, Houston became a stunning cautionary tale of the toll of drug use. Her album sales plummeted and the hits stopped coming; her once serene image was shattered by a wild demeanor and bizarre public appearances. She confessed to abusing cocaine, marijuana and pills, and her once pristine voice became raspy and hoarse, unable to hit the high notes as she had during her prime.
“The biggest devil is me. I’m either my best friend or my worst enemy,” Houston told ABC’s Diane Sawyer in an infamous 2002 interview with then-husband Brown by her side.
A sad end for someone with so much talent.
it’s sad to see someone that talented destroy themselves, but it was unsurprising in the end.
Even in the movie “Bodyguard” with her and Kevin Kostner you could see it plain as day.
When a movie dipicts the same Drug/Booze life style, it’s sadly only a matter of time. Instead of the Hollywood/Music Libs dragging her by what ever means it took too save her life, they’ll support Obama and ALL HIS ILK/ including his Own[OWar] upon the Church of all religions vs. the Marxist State via his dictatorship of “Ordering” it.
So, I guess I will now be viewed as “racist”, because, just because they’re both black? The one undisputable fact is, She’s DEAD, and NOW, Hollywood will reincarnate her image as to whatever they’ll want it to be.
If it were up to Obama she would have never existed in the first place.

Attention: The Surgeon General has determined that drugs and Bobby Brown can be hazardous to your health.
Its worth noting that she died of self inflicted drug addiction. She did not get addicted to back pills due to an accident. She got addicted to drugs that she took for fun and recreation. She did not die attempting to rescue her family from a sinking battleship.
When a person commits suicide, its not the same thing as a person who dies in the act of self sacrifice. It shouldn’t be honored by society in the same way. Suicide is selfish. Drug addiction is the most selfish act there is.

It’s also worth noting that whenever anyone falls into that self-destructive spiral – no matter how they got there – it’s a tragedy. We don’t know what led Ms Houston into drug addiction.
As for suicide, I hope you never encounter that level of despair. It’s not easy to resist when your perceptions are so screwed up that you sincerely believe the best thing you can do for those you care about is take yourself permanently out of their lives. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, ever.
