Latest O’Keefe Video Shows Obama Campaign Voter Fraud
James O’Keefe has done it again — this time capturing video of a paid Obama Organizing for America director in Houston, Texas, assisting a double-voting scheme directed toward Florida. In the video, an undercover Obama “volunteer” tells Organizing for America’s Stephanie Caballero that she wanted to vote twice to help reelect President Obama.
The undercover “volunteer” tells Caballero, “I’m going to vote by ballot and then I have mine here too.”
After the volunteer tells Caballero her plan, Caballero volunteers to help the double voter get the forms to request an absentee ballot in Florida. “I’ll print that out and you just have to mail it back,” Caballero says.
The undercover “volunteer” says, “I don’t want to get in any trouble, but like I said, if no one’s gonna know.”
The paid Obama Organizing for America director’s response: [Laughter] “Oh my God this is so funny! It’s cool though!”
The response from the campaign staffer should have been: “That’s illegal. I’ll have no part in it.” But alas, the video reveals otherwise.
Later, when the plan to vote twice is put into effect, Caballero coyly and laughingly asks: “Are you going to do what I think you are going to do?” — namely vote twice. When the volunteer says, “Well, if no one is going to know.” Caballero then prints out and gives the forms to the volunteer to vote twice.

Obama campaign attorney Robert Bauer should be emailing memos to every paid staffer detailing 42 USC 1973i(e) and 42 USC § 1973gg–10(2). The former federal law makes it illegal to vote twice. The latter law prohibits fraudulent voting in a federal election. 18 USC 2 makes it illegal to aid and abet election fraud.
A perfect example of the “ends justify the means” mentality. Obama is their god so anything they do in his favor is good so laws are irrelevant.
This makes me physically ill This is why we can’t have people voting without proper id and then how can we stop people that are voting in two different states? There has to be cross referencing.
I’ve never understood why voting in federal elections isn’t covered by federal voter registration. That’d stop people registering in multiple states cold.

another good reason for voter id….must show an appropriate form from a government agency like DMV, court house, etc if no id available to state that the information is correct, you can’t vote….picture id a must…DMV has walker id’s for about $10-15…if you want to vote you’ll find a way to get the money..oh btw…all properties must be reported at voting agency before you get to vote…an irs report justifies that one for the taxes….besides all brokers for real estate require notation of primary and secondary residence….so many ways to stop this but won’t do so….all voting machines should be networked for any info to vote….

Representatives of Organizing for America reportedly lied about who they were in order to gain access to the students/schools.

I look at Al Franken, and ponder that the number of felons voting illegally exceeded his margin of victory. I look at the Washington gubernatorial election, where the votes were counted until the Democrat won. I remember how close Florida was in 2000. Heck, I couldn’t vote then but I remember how Kennedy “won” in 1964.

This is being misrepresented. The campaign worker was helping her vote in Florida INSTEAD of Texas, not in ADDITION to Texas. ALl the giggling was just evidence of how young she is and how she didn’t take the issue seriously. But she never once told her to mail in both ballots or mail one to Florida and then go to the polls in Texas. She seemed to assume that the person behind the camera was kidding about voting twice.
For the record, I don’t trust Democratic Party activists as far as I could throw them, but this is NOT the smoking gun you are pretending it is.

Seriously? The reporter said she wanted to vote twice, and the campaign woman laughed and went along with it, rather than forcefully tell her that to do so was wrong and illegal. Then she helps the reporter get the paperwork that will allow her to vote twice, all the while knowing what the reporter was suggesting. If the campaign worker had been responsible, they would have said explicitly that it was wrong to even suggest doing such a thing. But they didn’t–they helped.
Why aren’t Republican/Conservative lawyers on top of this? Filing complaints with the respective DA’s? That Caballero woman was knowingly encouraging, even aiding and abetting the commission of a federal felony! At least one of 2 possible (Texas/Florida) grand juries ought to be interested.
To my view, that video is enough evidence for at least an indictment. Even if it doesn’t end up in an indictment/ conviction, the negative publicity for the BO campaign could be well worth the effort. As well as publicity for future, tougher, voter ID laws.
The RR campaign should latch onto this, as well, encouraging people to look out for and report suspicious voting behavior at their polling places! BO is truly becoming worthy of his initials: HE STINKS!

I’m reminded of the “perfect challenge” the left presented to Indiana’s voter-ID law. The plaintiff claimed the law would prevent her from voting in Indiana. Which was true.

Oh really? In what universe did that happen? Not in this one. The videos were edited, of course, just like every video ever shown by any journalist, but he posted the entire audio online so anyone could verify that the editing did not distort the reality. So if you think such a distortion exists, why don’t you cite it specifically?
BTW I agree that this video is nothing. The OFA workers are not soliciting fraud, they’re not organizing fraud, they’re just agreeing to shut up about it. They’re helping these people vote once, which is legal, while not caring about their intention to vote a second time, illegally. What do you expect them to do? Report it to the police?! I don’t believe any competent Republican campaign worker would do that either. Campaign workers are not public servants, and it’s not their job to report or prevent fraud that helps their side. That Michelle Obama could make your kids thin if they all throw their lunches in the trash while taxpayers pick up the tab. That Hillary Clinton would make a good Secretary of State. That a guy with limited experience and a sealed or guarded background would somehow make a great President because he’s black. That Islam isn’t a problem, we just need to curb our speech and we’ll all get along just fine. (This list goes on forever, so I’ll stop here).
Lucky for us, we have Hollywood- purveyor of fantasy bar none. But that’s OK if you know where the ‘line’ is and how not to cross it into Fantasy Land without a tether to bring you back. The Left has lost their tether. Our major news outlets have too- they report ‘reality’ through their ‘upside-down’ filter so as not to upset their fellow fantasyians. Example: It’s not that we have a huge debt or spending problem, it’s that not enough ‘rich’ people are paying their Fair Share. Another example: That teachers and other public employees need a union at all.
I thought unions served the purpose of protecting workers from grueling work conditions (steel mills, coal mines, assembly lines, etc.) where physical effort often took a serious toll on one’s body (and mind) and The Boss Man needed a force to offset their greedy capitalist tendencies. But somehow the Nine Pound Hammer became synonymous with the Nine Month Work Schedule and the dream became reality. We really can’t afford these ‘dreams’ and the reality is that it may soon hit us in the face- sixteen trillion times.
As a Californian, I’ve seen the reality of our once great state with all of it’s beauty and resources turn into not a dream, but a leftist nightmare. Our Democrats are the worst stewards of our blessed riches that anyone could imagine, and yet, we can’t kick them out of power. I too, am guilty of California Dreaming, on such a Winter’s day. But my dreams are grounded in reality. And, I refuse to give in or surrender to the Left who dominate today because our youth may, just may, be able to get us out of this.
