Meet the Corporations Supporting Race-Based Preferences at the Supreme Court
Jenner and Block, the big law firm fresh off of helping Al Qaeda terrorists, has taken on a new insidious cause – advocating for racial preferences in the Supreme Court of the United States. While one can perhaps forgive a law firm for having a soft spot for leftist causes, one can hardly forgive their clients – 100 American companies proudly supporting racial preferences in the Fisher v. Texas case. (See also, Eric Holder: Racial Preferences Needed for … National Security at PJ Media today.)

Interesting. I bet those corporate CEOs and the boards of director’s kids, (hell, even their parents) didn’t have to compete under the affirmative action regime they’re defending.
You’re right of course. Laws, executive orders, and code words only apply to us little people.
Change is coming.
God Bless America, RICO all banksters, their ho politicians, past and present and IMPEACH the liar, Eric Holder.
Thank you for the Boycott list.
Let’s make Microsoft hire 67% of their employees from Black populations. In other words, make Microsoft put their money where their mouth is. Make them hire the same percentage of employees total that the NFL has: 67%.
As someone who HATES HATES HATES Microsoft, I would welcome this. Let’s make Starbucks live up to that as well. Make Starbucks hire 70% of all employees (and like Microsoft fire most of its White employees).
In reality, the most profitable and dynamic and winning American corporations avoid hiring Blacks like the plague. Apple, Google, Facebook, Groupon, Foursquare, Linkedin, Twitter, Oracle, JP Morgan, Citibank, etc. all avoid having Blacks as employees. They might as well be the White-Chinese-Indian society, because that’s who works there. Don’t take my word for it, go visit an Apple Store or Starbucks today.
Lets make Corporate America live by their own rules they want to push down everyone’s throats. Lets make them hire the people they like to moralize over. And see how well their companies run when they employ most of Black America.
Detroit, a city 90% Black, has an illiteracy rate among ADULTS of 48%. Microsoft avoids hiring them at all costs, and Google excludes them with what amounts to a defacto IQ test (which is illegal except if you’re cool, I guess).
After all, if they believe in “diversity” then hiring an illiterate Black man with a felony record is the path to riches, he’ll be a far more profitable employee than a nerdy White guy with an advanced computer science degree for companies like Microsoft or Starbucks.
Make them play by their own rules. Force Microsoft to fire Ballmer and hire Chad Johnson. Chad needs a job, now that he’s been fired from the Dolphins and lost his reality show. And being magically Black he will do a far better job than Ballmer (to be fair a drunken alligator could do better than Ballmer).W
Large parts of political correctness emanated originally from advertising and shifting attitudes towards what was and what wasn’t considered offensive. These corp. are just covering themselves, hedging their bets to ensure commercial viability.
Show them this exact stance will cost them money and they’ll change sides tomorrow. Ironically it shows who is more intolerant in politics since it seems to be a given that the Right isn’t massively politicized and the Left is permanently and trivially offended by cloud formations.
This information is worth learning even though it is unwelcome.
I’d like to know what these businesses believe is in it for them. Formulaic explanations come to mind but none strikes me as satisfactory.
Every one of those firms should be boycotted for supporting such an insidiously evil practise. What a bunch of week kneeded sophists. Their policy boards have to be heavily littered with socialists and women. Clueless to the end.
Signing on provides “protection” at less than preaviling mob rates.
