Strong Racial Polarization in Obama Re-election.
A new CNN poll has some disturbing news for President Obama, his approval numbers demonstrate strong racial polarization. 61 percent of whites disapprove of Obama and 67 percent of non-whites approve. There are many many reasons this is happening, many of which I cover in my book. But there is also a sense of buyer’s remorse among many independents who were willing to give Obama, marketed as a moderate, a chance. The moderate cloak was discarded and a extremist was revealed. The saddest part of these numbers is they prove what many have suspected for some time – we certainly haven’t entered a post-racial era. The contrary may be true.

“…we certainly haven’t entered a post-racial era. The contrary may be true.”
I don’t think that’s true, or a fair assessment of America. Don’t tar the rest of us because this this demagogue of a President chose to play race and class politics in the most cynical and poisonous way. He pitted race against race and class against class in order to gain advantage and advance his radical communistic anti-American agenda. Obama is the one who belonged to a racist anti-white black liberationist congregation. Obama is the one who employed a black bigot in the form of “My People” Eric Holder whose race-based enforcement of US federal law is a travesty and a tragedy for America. Obama is the one who chose to insinuate himself in a petty arrest involving a fellow racist demagogue and Harvard alumnus, accusing the cops of racist motivation without knowing the first facts.
I think most Americans have moved far beyond those old shackles. If the black minority chooses to favor Obama nearly 100% largely because he’s black, then aren’t they the ones who are trapped inside a racist paradigm, one of their own making? It is patently unfair to blame us for their gaping failure.
67% of non-whites approve of the job Obama is doing. Assuming that blacks continue to support Obama at somewhere near 90%, how many non-black, non-whites disapproving of Obama does it take to lower the combined non-white approval to 67%? If half of the non-whites are black, then it would take a non-black, non-white approval of 44% to drag the combined non-white approval down to the reported 67%.
I do not know what the actual percentages of racial identities are in the poll, but I do know that the 67% camouflages a significant collapse of non-white support for Dear Leader.
Of course, I suppose it’s easier to scream white racism rather than consider the full impact of the results. I tend to think that it’s far more likely that non-black non-whites must be the racists. What reasonable person could possibly disagree with that almost self-evident conclusion? (How sad is it that I feel compelled to add “tongue in cheek?”)
We owe Barack Obama so much for coming into office and immediately making it clear that he’s not not a unifier of mixed race, but a black man. Imagine the steps toward a post-racial society that could have been if he had embraced his dual heritage and championed the accomplishments and contributions of all people. But when your mindset is reparations and your mission is fundamental transformation, i.e. societal destruction, you instead open the pages of the morally bankrupt Alinsky’s, Rules for Radicals, and foist class and race hatred on the useful idiots looking for an opportunity to fix blame for choices made.
It may take some years, but when there is no longer a politically correct price to opposing this historic national disgrace of a president, historians will be free to properly critique this epic failure, and for that I feel empathy only for his children.
