The economy’s flat-lined, unemployment is through the roof, the second coming of Jimmy Carter is in the White House, and the second coming of “global cooling” is in the news. Or as the BlogProf writes, “Old meme: Earth has a fever. New meme: ‘Are we freezing because of global warming?’”
