The problem with progressives isn’t that they wish to be slaves of the leviathan State, it’s that they insist on everyone else being a slave too.
I’m a Canadian, please enjoy the long lines that are the cost of health care “equality”. Oh, by the way, your rulers won’t have to wait, they’ll skip to the front of the queue by virtue of their value to the State. Those “death panels” that progressives mercilessly mocked, well, they will apply first and foremost to those who resist the “Borging” as those racist clingers are surely enemies of the State. Health Care is the largest expenditure for every Provincial Government up here, and it is always growing.
