While President Obama’s announcement regarding offshore drilling appears to be the typical Oba-kabuki, it’s already paying dividends in one respect: “MSNBC’s Dylan Ratigan Rants Over Drilling: Is President Obama ‘Nothing More Than a Democrat in Name Only?’”
Yes, the MSNBC host has blown the doors off the greatest conspiracy of all! Clearly Barack Obama is a mole, a Laurence Harvey-style Manchurian Candidate programmed by Karl Rove and Dick Cheney in the secret Haliburton labs to ensure that no one vote for a big government “progressive” statist ever again.
(Ratigan clearly has issues when it comes to defining his terms: small government tea partiers are, in his world, closet National Socialists, whereas Leviathan-obsessed Obama is a DINO. Combined, this is a man who takes argument by ad hominem tactics to absurd new heights, even by GE-MSNBC’s standards.)

I instinctively distrusted the news release that Barack Obama is now an advocate for oil drilling. The man is a proven liar! There is no moral or logical reason to take Obama at his word. He lies at the drop of a hat. And no, I am not even slightly exaggerating nor indulging in “hate”. This announcement is most likely a scam job to help the president appear more moderate to the voters. The MSM will report the official line—while everybody knows that the bureaucrats and the radical environmentalists will somehow gut the regulations.
