The Clothes Have No Emperor

November 19, 2009 - 12:53 pm - by Ed Driscoll

Doing the job that the American media can no longer be bothered with, England’s Spectator sums up the president remarkably well:

Related: The president tells the troops, “You guys make a pretty good photo op.” As Tom Blumer writes, “Let’s See How This Obamism Gets Covered.”

Didn’t somebody make a horror film about Obama a few years back?

    “The Clothes have no Emperor.”

Is that original with you, Ed? Because that’s hands down brilliant.

    You’re a good man, Ed.

Orginator or not, that phrase should be spread far and wide. It sums up so much about the Obama Admin.

I´m no fan of Obama – to say the least – but I have seen the video and it is obvious that Obama meant it as a joke; the assembled troops are having a laugh, too.
