Much as I would love to take credit, I’m just reiterating previous uses of the phrase by Orrin Judd and frequent Tim Blair commenter, Paco.

Orginator or not, that phrase should be spread far and wide. It sums up so much about the Obama Admin.
I´m no fan of Obama – to say the least – but I have seen the video and it is obvious that Obama meant it as a joke; the assembled troops are having a laugh, too.
