I Sense A Pattern Here

July 12, 2009 - 1:18 am - by Ed Driscoll

Over on the Pajamas homepage, Hans A. von Spakovsky, a former Commissioner on the Federal Election Commission writes, “Conservative? Ethical? There’s No Room for You in Government.”

Meanwhile, at the New Republic, Martin Peretz adds, “Christian Believers Would Be Excluded From Government If The Left Liberals Had Their Way.”

There’s a theme here somewhere, I’m sure of it…

“Christian Believers Would Be Excluded From Government If The Left Liberals Had Their Way.”

That’s only the half of it. Orthodox Jews would also be excluded. This is the unspoken reality that is only hinted at by the secular elites. They explicitly rarely mention the traditionally religious Jews. It deemed politically safer to focus on the “right-wing, rabid Christians.” The moral values of the Evangelicals and Orthodox Jews, after all, are virtually identical.
